The Sermon-april 5, 2009

Ito ang sermon ng pari nuong araw ng Palaspas last april five, and that time I am really Inspired hearing does sermons of the priest, the mass is held in San. Roque Ruiz, SBMA . Anyway, I just hope that we keep Praising God and have faith in Him kahit na hindi "Mahal na araw", Mahalin natin ang Diyos, na tunay din namang nagmamahal sa atin....
Hindi! kung tutuusin, pero he is always there giving us hope and keep Loving and holding on to us that no matter how we disobey Him, He's still there Guiding and remembering us, para naman makasama din tayo sa mga paghaharian nya...kaya Gunitain at alalahanin din po natin sya or to make Loving Him our highest ideal..Amen

How Do I Envision Heaven?

How do I Envision heaven..? It is the place Where no one will hurt me

Anything and everything are just perfect and wonderful, I imagining myself embracing by GOD, Feeling his arms unto my tired and dirty soul.

I will feel the touch of his Right hand unto my head, after that touch I will see the wings that god has been given me.

I will fly with other angels who are celebrating and congratulating each other because we are Cleansed by Him. We will leave with Him in heaven forever ….

Asking for the Forgiveness

Oh father in heaven, forgive me of all the things that I have done wrong,
Special to my parents to my brothers and sisters to my neighbor

to all the people that surrounded me

And most of all to you Oh, lord God Jesus Christ

forgive me and forgive us all who are sinners especially to those

Who died without asking for the forgiveness of their sins, forgive them..

And let us all be in your kingdom by the day of your coming for us. Amen

PRAYER WHEN AMBIVALENT

Have you ever experienced being ambivalent? That is, having conflicting feelings, like loving and hating at the same time? I’d say, it’s a difficult situation. I always resort to praying whenever such a situation arises. I put my prayer in writing such that whenever I find myself in such a situation, I just read it. The following is my prayer when I am ambivalent:

Lord Jesus Christ, help me not to be impulsive. Help me not to be overwhelmed nor be governed by strong and powerful negative emotions or temporary passions that will soon fade and die down. Make me more patient and tolerant, Lord. Instead of giving in to people’s provocations, help me choose to understand and forgive those who have wronged and hurt me.

Most of all, help me forgive my loved ones, Lord, and understand that these people whom I oftentimes harbor resentment towards with, are the same people whom I love and the reason for my aspirations. Help me understand that harboring any negative feeling against them will be incompatible with loving and caring for them.

And during such times when I have conflicting emotions, help me do away with such ambivalent feelings, Lord. May my ambivalence not stop me from helping, loving, and caring for them.

Amen

MY DAILY PRAYER

(Hello, dear readers! Let me share with you the prayer that I say as I start each day.)

O Most Loving and Merciful Father, God Almighty, to You I pray

Bless this day. Bless our home. Bless all my loved ones. Bless my job and every activity I will engage myself in.

Always keep me and my loved ones healthy. Keep us safe from harm and any unpleasant incident.

Help me avoid the occasions of sins. Help me avoid engaging in profane conversations and jokes. Help me speak and act in such a way that I will gain the respect of others.

Protect me, Lord, from the wickedness of some people who are overpowered by hatred, envy, insecurity, jealousy, and other enslaving negative emotions. May they realize their mistakes, rise above their selfishness and weaknesses, and mend their ways.

Help me to be more tolerant with provocative and obnoxious people that I have to deal with. If they become unbearable, help me choose to ignore, understand, and forgive them.

Grant me wisdom not to worry and help me learn from my mistakes. Help me drain my mind of negative thoughts, and my heart of negative feelings.

Bring back the love and compassion that used to dwell in my heart so that forgiveness and understanding will easily come in case someone does me wrong.

And most of all, despite its thorns and hindrances, help me be able to project a positive and respectable image to all people that I come across.

I ask You all these, O Most Loving and Merciful Father, God Almighty, in the Name of Jesus, Your Only Son and our Lord, Who promised us that whatever it is that we ask You in His Name will be given us.

Amen
.
